MONTEVERRO
CHARDONNAY 2009

Light golden colored. Really fragrant, elegant and laid-back. It shows lemon chest, hazelnuts, hints of melted butter and vanilla. Complex. Soft, creamy and very vibrant. Medium-bodied with a refreshing acidity. Lean and intense on the same time. Minerals in the ending. Best from 2014 through 2020+.

MONTEVERRO
TINATA 2009

Syrah 80% and Grenache 20%. Dark garnetred-colored. It blossoms and shows green pepper combined with red and dark berries. Spicy. So fresh and so clean on the palate. Tinata 2009 is once again a juicy wine with fine-grained tannins and a refreshing acidity and a mega-juiciness. Medium-bodied. Mocha, dark chocolate, rosemary, sage and thyme. Good finish. Best now through 2018.

MONTEVERRO
TERRA DI MONTEVERRO 2009

A superb blend of Cabernet sauvignon 40%, Cabernet franc 40%, Merlot 15% and Petit verdot 15%. Dark garnetred colored and lightly transparent. Complex aromas of cassis, dark cherries, herbs, mocha and dark chocolate. Elegant. Well structured on the palate with high-quality tannins and a balanced acidity. Medium-bodied. Distinguished and very juicy. Great finish with an impact of minerality. It will definitely mature well in the cellars. Best from 2014 until 2024+.

MONTEVERRO 2009. MONTEVERRO

Variety: Cabernet sauvignon, Cabernet franc, Merlot, Petit verdot

MONTEVERRO
MONTEVERRO 2009

Cabernet sauvignon 45%, Cabernet franc 35%, Merlot 10% and Petit verdot 10% make up the blend. Dark purplered colored with a light transparency. Very shy while tasting it, but like Terra di Monteverro 2009 it shows very rudimental its power and elegance. Créme de cassis, dark cherries, pepper, herbs and lots of freshly made blueberry marmalade. Profound and Juicy. Mega-fine-grained tannins of high quality and a refreshing acidity. Distinctive from the 2008 vintage, this Monteverro is definitely cooler without lacking power. Great finish. Best from 2016 through 2030+.
